For health and hygiene reasons, opened dietary supplement products cannot be returned unless the product is defective or does not match the description.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or does not match the description provided on our Website, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • We will refund the full purchase price, including the standard delivery charges paid for the original order (unless you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option, in which case we will refund only the standard delivery cost).

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
